Once you have chosen the cat or dog you'd like to adopt, you can fill out an online adoption application right away. Your application will be reviewed by one of our volunteers, and you will be contacted either by phone or email to follow up on the status of your application.

Upon initial approval, the pet's foster family will contact you and make arrangements for you to meet the pet.

Our application process can take a couple of days, so we ask for your patience.

Browse our available pets.

Click on the pet's picture you are interested in. This will provide you with each pet's detailed adoption information.

Click on the "Add to Cart" button and chose "1" This will take you directly to the Adoption Application. Make sure you receive an email confirmation from us after completing and submitting the application. 

If you would like to adopt more than one pet, you only have to send in one application. Just send an email to pets@plannedpethood.org and let us know which pet your original application was for and what other animals you are interested in.

If you prefer not to submit your application online, print the application and email it to us at pets@plannedpethood.org.
